I've got one and I believe in perfect condition along with like new manual (been sitting in closet in the original box for the past 16+ years). I've got no idea what these might be worth as collectibles, but believe it to be ultra-rare as I've never seen one for sale on ebay or anywhere else as far as that goes (some guy is asking $99 just for a used manual on ebay right now). Will probably be listing on ebay in a week or two (selling a few things to help pay for the iMac Retina 5K I just bought)
I guess you won't know until you try. That manual is very unlikely to sell at that price. The drive is just a standard sony with a next label so I'm not sure how much of a premium people will place on it. My guess is somewhere south of $200 but you never know.
