I will include a bootable optical disk with either 1.0 or 3.3 (your choice) which will have been built with the same drive to verify functionality.

EDIT 4/17/16

I just received another shipment of defective drives from Rob with the expectation to exhaust my remaining stock of parts. PM if interested in a drive from this last batch. Price has been reduced to $500 to clear space on my workbench. I put a significant amount of time into each drive to assure you have a rock solid example. For reference, I've now put over a dozen drives back into service.

I still have a very limited number of these. I would also consider cash/trade combos for early serial number (<300) 68030 cube parts (working or not). On my wish list:

nextstep 0.8a or 0.9a on MO with cases
68030 logic board ~#50. Looking to complete my #57 cube which had the board upgraded
Canon MO drive dated before Dec. 1988 (non-working is expected)
Documentation set for NextStep 0.8 (not sure if this exists)
Dimension board
