Has anyone figured out how to get some kind of modern SSD on to NeXT hardware?  I don't know if a SCSI <-> IDE adapter of some kind exists, but perhaps that would be one way.

Look a few threads down at the SCSI2SD conversation. Works fine, I'm using an SD card now.
