I hope this is the right section.  So, over the past year or so, incredible work has been done on Qemu to allow installation/booting of Mac OS 8.5 pretty much straight through to Leopard. (http://www.emaculation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=7047)  On some of the newer builds, Mac OS X DP2 & DP3 have been able to be installed.  I've been trying to get Mac OS X Server 1.2v3 to install but, I can't get it to boot to the Mac OS X Server partition of the disc.

I've got the proper System Disk control panel & extension installed but that doesn't seem to cut it.

I get to a point in the installation process and this error message pops up:
A fatal error occurred.
"No boot-device property in device-tree" (http://i.imgur.com/xICfWr8.png)

I've even tried configuring the settings in the System Disk control panel to boot from that other partition of the CD and it doesn't go well:

There's a central topic over on emaculation where the development is taking shape. (http://www.emaculation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=7047&start=875)  If anyone super knowledgeable in Rhapsody/Mac OS X Server could offer any suggestions over there/here, that would be amazing.

I so badly want to know how to do this myself.  This is the one OS I own that I cannot virtualize.
