According to RhapsodyOS.org, a bunch of ThinkPads work really well with Rhapsody. The only problem is, those laptops are still worth $100+. Is there a cheaper laptop that would be good for Rhapsody? Thanks. (I already have a PCMCIA EtherLink III card and stuff for networking btw). I would prefer audio and video, but only video support would be fine. Thanks
The [ur=

There are a bunch of other laptops with ESS sound and Rage video, and Openstep ran very well on many old Dell configs.
Don't forget, you can (and will) add PCI IDs to the driver bundles, meaning there is a little bit of flexibility in terms of what the driver will support. The Rage driver is particularly forgiving in this regard.
