Has anyone turned a NeXT sound box into a Bluetooth speaker? While digging around for a keyboard, I found that I have a sound box (not sure where it came from), and I was thinking: It sure would be neat to use that as a Bluetooth speakerphone, or at least a Bluetooth speaker.
Has anyone here done that project? I've searched the forums, and I didn't find evidence of it. I've searched for NeXT sound box projects, and the only thing I found was where Lady Ada turned one into a computer speaker (not Bluetooth).

Well there's certainly plenty of room in there. The speaker itself is pretty terrible, so I think best case you would probably just want to use the shell. Having said that these sound boxes are getting hard to get a hold of so personally I wouldn't gut it.
Good point. My soundbox may be empty; if it is, I'll see about converting it to Bluetooth. If it isn't, I guess I'll leave it intact.
