Hey guys!
Figured this would be a good time as any to post this, since the foums have been rebirth ed. ;)
A couple years ago, I won an eBay auction that was a box of misc NeXT-related tapes. I initially had plans to digitize these tapes and upload them to YouTube. However, in that span of time between then and now, I got married, changed jobs, moved, and had a son.
Luckily, as I was unpacking my boxes of home theater equipment in our new house, I found the box of tapes again.
Below is a list of the tapes in the box:
The Machine To Build The Machines
NeXT vs Sun: A World Of Difference
Improv: The NeXT Lotus spreadsheet is here
Lotus Improv on NeXT: Customer Evaluations
1990 Davies Symphony Hall Presentation Highlights
NeXT Product Video Feat NeXTdimention
East Coast Dev Conference Jan 24, 1994
NEXTSTEP Expo 1994 Keynote
The OPENTEP Initiative
I still am planning on digitizing the tapes, but my question now becomes would the archives want copies or should I just upload them to my YouTube channel like before?
I'm open to whatever you all want to do :)
We can host copies in the archives as a backup to YouTube. Please PM Rob or myself when you get the videos converted and we'll place them in the archives. Thanks for putting the time into archiving everything.
Awesome, I'll be happy to upload them
Sounds like a plan! Thanks!
