Hi all
Recently I installed MacOSXAmp on my Rhapsody 5.6 system, and the MP3 player is really doing a nice job on my 233 MHz PowerPC.
I wondered if the source was available and after a bit of investigation, I saw that it had changed name to xAudic and that the source was indeed available at
https://github.com/sbender9/xAudic.I don't know if it's possible to compile it on earlier systems, but I think it's a very good place to start and possibly get a player, that's able to run with a lot of already existing stuff available on the net.
I think the source is just 0.1 version later than the compiled binary, that I'm currently using. Changes has certainly been made between these 2 versions, but I wonder if it's more than what's possible to adjust again.
Once I get an older system up and running, I think I'll give it a go.
