Stuck in 'Loading from Disk'

Title: Stuck in 'Loading from Disk'

Hi guys. Today I bought a NeXTstation but it stucks in 'Loading from Disk' and
 the image doesn't spin. And then nothing happens. What should I do to make it work? Thank you!

Use CMD+~ to enter the monitor. That should show more information.

Yes, I did but couldn't get it boot from the scsi disk

From the neXT> type bsd -s , you should get a message.
