Anybody here with some informations about the Motorola component SX02RH002DK02 ?
That's a house code. This means the chip was custom fabbed for a customer and has customer selected markings. There will not be a Motorola datasheet.
If you give us a bit more context it might be possible to characterize the component and make an alternative part. Not knowing what/where it is and what it relates to makes that nigh on impossible.
It's the big one on the Nitro accelerator !
