I talked about it on twitter, but I'm taking the BlueSCSI design files and building a device for black hardware.

I'm still building the BOM before I can get accurate quotes, but if you're interest is piqued, let me know.

I thought the current BlueSCSI device already supported black hardware, at least the 040 cube if I recall from their website?  What changes/enhancements are you thinking of making?

It is indeed listed as a supported system working without issue (https://github.com/erichelgeson/BlueSCSI/wiki/Supported-Systems#working-without-issue).

One change (cosmetic) is the black solder mask.

Another is the default emulated SCSI device could be changed to something more appropriate than a Quantum Fireball. https://github.com/erichelgeson/BlueSCSI/blob/979448853d6457fa978d87accc2a3646c5d7914b/src/BlueSCSI.cpp#L258
