Can this forum do polls? People might respond a bit better with anonymous polls. And you can put in different ages/ranges.

Hello :  Well I'm 59 currently lol but I identify back to my 20's in age some days lol if only I were young again.  So have you seen previous our free NeXT 68K emulator  which lets you run NeXTSTEP on modern hardware in emulation.  What type of computer do you have ?  As may be you have a NeXT Computer , one of my projects is to see if we can have a NeXT booting in the year 2088 :)  I know I won't be here unless the technology exists to upload consciousness .
My hope is that the planet Earth will be habitable in 2088 and peace will have taken over the world as a winning philosophical concept .  As far as young forum members , I know there are a few under 20 and some of my friends kids are around your age and said they like the idea of booting an old NeXT computer in 2088. In fact one is committed to becoming an Electrical Engineer and he is 14 :)  another just turned 18 and he is in his first semester of College.
When I started out with NeXT Computer sales after Graduating CSU here in Fort Collins after 10 years ,  237 credits ,  well the put me on NeXTSTEP Academic Bundle Sales  at one point I felt like half the Staff on up to the President, Deans,  Professors in many Countries were relying on the teams NeXT computers like a constant final exam and man they were so far ahead of everything else.  I loved my job  then and still do now; so find a job you like and you will never work a day in your life is the old saying.  Now you asked about languages  NeXT was so far ahead of other operating systems in so many respects , not only did you have multi language support , heck some of the customers ported their language to the operating system so we have Kanji , Korean, Chinese, Swiss, French, Italian, Spanish, German , English and I'm guessing Farsi and probably Russian . We have key mapper apps which allow you to set up your keyboard any way you like.  In terms of Development , The World Wide Web was invented by one of my customers Tim Berners Lee on a NeXT Cube,  Another customer John Carmack invented the first 3d Gaming engine on a NeXT aka Doom and object oriented programming made it so software developers were able to use up to 80 percent of their code in future apps.  The apps of today are bloated , you simply have to look at what they made possible in a few floppy disks on NeXT , heck I'm trying to figure out how in the heck I have used up 500Gb on my mac mini lol  and I'm not alone.  What is cool is a lot of the guys and gals on this forum will tell you they loved NeXT back then going to school and still love them now, many returning feeling nostalgic.  I think it would be great to give NeXTSTEP and the Developer tools away free or just a nominal charge to help keep the lights on here and I have Apples permission as a tribute to Steve Jobs to hobbyist's and students globally as it is still fun to work with the legacy tools . A lot of cool projects are happening here both on the hardware and software side , so welcome aboard .  Rant concluded for today lol. Best Regards Rob Blessin
