Selling all my NeXT gear

I have a N4001 color 17 inch MegaPixel display that appears to have failed. It still powers on but it gives a compressed vertical image. I'm not sure what to do with it. I don't have the skill to fix it.

I'm in Ottawa Canada. Is there anyone nearby who would be interested in this? I would give it away if someone can pick it up.

I also have a N2000 400 dpi laser printer with the letter and legal cassettes. It powers on and tries to print but it gives a paper jam error. I recall this is a normal thing for this printer. I would give this away as well.

I'm also considering selling my working NeXTStation Turbo Color. I haven't decided if that's what I want to do yet, but it has the soundbox, external CD drive, keyboard, mouse, all NeXT logo cables, and documentation.

Hello Nightheron: Several forum members hail from Ottawa is their a town close by for proximity and I'm sure they will be contacting you.  A few may even be ice road truckers lol . If no one responds on the Turbo Color or  other items , I would have an interest.  I want to give the other NeXT Forum members first dibs on it all ;) . If no responses I'll let my customers know that are in your area as well.

Hi Rob and everyone, after sleeping on it last night I decided to offer all my NeXT gear for sale. I have:

NeXTStation Turbo Color (fresh install of OpenStep 4.2)
Soundbox
Keyboard (which I believe is non-ADB)
Mouse (which I believe is non-ADB)
External CD-ROM
3 NeXT power cables
NeXT Y cable
NeXT SCSI cable

NeXTWORLD 1st and 2nd issue
SoftPC boxed
Documentation

I got all this back in the early 2000s. Everything was in good working order when it was last powered on 5 years ago.

I was thinking recently that at this point in my life I no longer have the time or interest to follow through with all the ideas and good intentions I had with this gear, especially now that the MegaPixel display seems to be faulty. It still worked enough for me to power on the computer and verify some functions like the keyboard, mouse and soundbox. I wasn't able to test the CD drive because I no longer have a caddy. I can't test all the ports on the computer either. So I can only offer it as-is.

I'm in Ottawa Canada. I can ship everything except the display and printer. Those would need to be picked up. I will offer those pieces for free.

As for the rest, I don't know if I should put it on eBay (my username is nightheron91 and I have over 1200 feedback) or if I should offer it all in one lot, as pieces, or what would be a fair price. But I wanted to throw it out there that all this is up for grabs. I'll see if I can post some pictures.

Hello Nightheron:  That Turbo Color , I sell a 13W3 to VGA adaptor for $19.95 that would let you use a flat panel :)  As I say I want to give the forum members a first opportunity Peter thinking of you as I know you just contacted me about a Turbo Color :)

I'm a little late to this party, but just in case: I would LOVE to get ahold of that 1st issue of NeXTWORLD Magazine! I have nearly every other issue, but the premiere issue has eluded me so far.

Do you have any of this left? I am looking for a SCSI cable if you have one.
