It was a great read. So much NeXT stuff in here and plenty I don't think I've read before.
The exchange between Avie and Steve starting at page 128 is really telling.

Tells you how much rot they had to deal with. In many ways, sadly, I think there is even more rot in apple today.

I liked the memo about managers and wanting to not have meetings on Thursday.
