It's kind of interesting about the billionaires if you don't have any background. Steves Wozniak father was a electrical engineer for a defense contractor and Woz was living in silicon valley ground zero (Maybe Silicon Prairie in Texas) for access to all the latest electronic components and data sheets.
Bill Gates had access to a teletype terminal and BASIC at his (private ??) high school in the early 70s which gave him a head start in the hours of experience needed.
But ideas are worthless if you don't put them into action which also involves a high amount of risk which they both did.
I wonder if there is any technology around at the moment like home computers were in the late 70s. Maybe open source 3D printers in the 2005-2012 era? Prusa 3D printers (
