Hello NeXT Community!
I was wondering if anybody has the NeXT-branded 50-pin SCSI cable pictured? I'm looking to hook up my NeXT Color Printer to my NeXT Dimension Turbo & I cannot find this particular cable anywhere it seems.
I'm also looking for a NeXT-branded 13W3 cable for the cube. NOT the Y-Cable for the NeXTstation Color/ Turbo Color. I currently use a third party option, but it would be nice to keep everything as original as possible.
If anyone could help me find these two to complete my setup I would greatly appreciate it.
I think there was another version of that cable which has a 90 degree on one end.

Got a photo of it? I've only ever seen a slightly different SCSI cable that looks like it was a cost-cut version made with cheaper materials.
I was wrong... or at least based on the cables I have :) . The NeXT SCSI cables have a silver end on them that is *not* AMP branded. The picture you have above has AMP branding on the silver end.
The reason I want the AMP one is because I've also thought about making new ones using a resin mold and wiring up new SCSI cables myself. I've worked with Rob Blessin in the past making new case parts for NeXTcubes, SoundBoxes & NeXTstations, so cables should be easy by comparison.
Hello Tristin: I looked through a bunch of stuff today as i have a part time helper Tom slowly getting things organized. I have boxes of tangled cables like Steve over at BMOW calls it Big Mess of Wires. So I've been having him help me untangle bag and sort cables. No luck finding a NeXT branded one yet for you, there has to be one some where here , I can feel it.
At any rate when I find one and if you are still looking ,
if you cover shipping and $5 to cover PayPal fees I would happily donate it to your NeXT classroom project.
Man o man it sure is cool to see a NeXT being used in a classroom setting again !
Apologies short off topic blurb:
On another note I'm going to have to have hip replacement surgery soon as my recent MRSA infection which started in the hip basically destroyed the left hip joint . The Xray shows impacted bone on bone and the Xray tech was amazed I was walking at all.

I appreciate that Rob! & I'll take that offer if the time comes. However if Nitro is willing to part with one in the meantime, I'll happily pay him for it & I'll make duplicates for you if it's something you'll need for Black Hole! :)
I also have an update on my notorious trinitrons coming soon haha
One might say I'm taking the 'nuclear option.' lol

Also, please do not rush. I'm sorry to hear you're going to have to go under surgery, so please take care of your customers and more importantly: yourself. My issues can wait until you're well again. :)
I wish that I had extra cables, but unfortunately I'm short on those. My NeXT color printer has a beige cable and I have a few PLI Super Floppy drives that need cables. Hopefully Rob has a cable available for you. One option to build a new cable would be to 3D model the connector (or a mold for the connector). You could then find a DM50 male to CN50 male cable and cut the generic shell off the big end, then mold your replica on the existing cable. That way you wouldn't have to do any tedious soldering.
The ones I have are 1874.AA and I'm pretty sure I got them with the floppy drives as well. I *thought* I had one at one point with a 90 degree AMP connector on it, but perhaps it had been swapped out.
I'm traveling right now, but I likely have one. Will take a couple weekends to locate.
