Hello NeXT Community: so I've been tinkering with ReDoom which is a port of the original DOOM creation tools for NeXTSTEP to MAC OS and Linux

Please have mercy oh amaing NeXT Apple software guru's aka  Developer JEDI and port this Ultimate DOOM BUILDER over to NeXT and or Mac OS and or Linux.  Save Us the hell of having to install and use Windows anything on our Mac's / NeXT's , it is sacrilege, the source link is below as I would much rather create Doom levels from scratch in 5 minutes than spending hours deciphering Doom Tools from 1993 and over coming a hella learning curve:)

How cool is that making an actual game for your NeXT Computers and it runs on Windows , MACOS, Linux :) FREE  , This stuff works on Windows but please NeXT Developer GuRU's port this over :) Use the force LUKE ....

Hi Rob! Unfortunately Ultimate Doom Builder is programmed in C#, so it's stuck on Windows (or WINE) for the foreseeable future. The mainstay editor of the Doom community has pretty much always been Microsoft-encumbered; the original version of Doom Builder (which was the previous mainstay and went back to the early 2000s) was programmed in Visual Basic 6, and before that, the tools were all DOS-centric.

There's another editor called SLADE (https://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads) that's much more portable, and already has Linux and macOS ports. The GitHub page is here (https://github.com/sirjuddington/SLADE). It looks like the UI toolkit is done in wxWidgets... not likely to run on black hardware, but a much more surmountable target if you don't mind running an X server or something.
