It's a cylon case.  Classic style from the looks of it, all shiny an such.  It just needs a red light sweeping back in forth across the front and it would be perfect ;)

Did someone on this board have a pic of that as their avatar at one time?  I seem to remember seeing it, but it could be on another board.

I'm watching that. I plan on buying it and then restoring it to its proper black... That thing is horrible to look at IMO... :)


btw, I know a guy that do the pulsating red light across the front like the original cylons had...

It would be 'THE original Cylon' :P

You want Cylon lights ? Put an old Hayes AT modem in the slot where the MO drive lives.

If you want Ceylon lights, use a small brass or earthenware oil lamp instead ;)

Yeah like that arsehole car out of Night Rider, haha, class,  just imagine chucking that in front of Steve Jobs polished cube with throbbing LED, I think that would be sufficient to elicit some rather unsavoury remarks.
