BK BNC to HDMI with upscale to 4k ???

I am u process of testing a 13w3 to (Rob) 13w3 to bnc adapter then to HDMI then I cantrol throught adapter suposely less then $50 ????

WE will see and yes it syncs on Greene or any of 3 RGB colors
