Hi everyone,
I've been a Mac user since 1984, but I only recently acquired my first black hardware -- two complete NeXTstations. I am just now working on getting the first of them going, and I'm sure I'll need some help along the way.
I am completely new to NeXTstep/OpenStep, although I remember coveting a NeXT at the time. But on a high school student's budget, even with a part-time job, it was simply unattainable. So I have decades of lost time to make up for!
I'm a Principal Network Architect by trade, and although I'm originally from Norway, I've lived in Florida for the past 12 years. Outside of my retrocomputing hobby, my interests include languages, motor vehicles and science fiction.

It lasted a good hour or so before it kernel panicked. And since that SD card will no longer format, I think we can safely assume it was the culprit.
I want to try it again with an older version of NeXTstep. I'll try to post my steps and ZuluSCSI config later tonight.
