As time moves on and away from some protocols, it's cool to see new adaptations to some of our old tech.

In that vein, here is a new one, SCSIFlash:

Looks like it can support CF, M.2 SSD, and many other modern mediums/protocols.

I checked in on this...wasn't able to find a 50-pin version available.  They only seemed to have 68 and 80-pin devices.

Definitely gonna keep checking though.  I'll probably send along an enquiry and see about getting more info.

I haven't tried any of these drives but they look like a great replacement. It would be interesting to benchmark these on an Intel box. Red Rock Technologies make a 50 pin solid state SCSI drive but I read that they're a bit expensive.
