That was a good read, thanks for that. It's amazing to see how big some of the early hardware was.

I remember using BBSs and USENET in the 90s on dialup. Sadly in the 90s the spam on the usenet boards was starting to get out of control as witnessed when you read the NeXT user groups and look from 97 onwards :/
