Hello Trixter: I don't know how I missed this one I have new old stock NeXT Cube Internal back plains for $59.95 still in the box, it is nice with foam for protection and Used for $39.95, Parts Back plains $15 non working , I can send you a pay pal invoice for payment . I can ship globally. Also have the magnesium screw set for $15
If it is important to you I can try and match it to the original not much difference in the layout but NeXT must have had different revs for a reason:) Brian if you are lurking :) any idea what the differences are ? I recall some may have jumpers .
Does your cube have a 3 internal screw mount for the back plain or 10?
Does your case have an internal date stamp? If you have the original back plain , I can probably match the part number and rev for most versions in working used.
