SOMEONE WILL DEFINITELY NEED THIS INFORMATION SOMEDAY: The same mouse driver works on Rhapsody but does not show the boxes on the driver select screen. Hitting 'Expert...' will show a tabular view of driver settings, where you can enter the numbers instead.
