Does anyone know of a good buyer's guide for Black Hardware? I've been looking around on auction sites and I have come to the realization that while I know about turbo and color and cube and slab and stuff like that, but I really don't know how to identify them from the photos and what is desirable. How to tell ADB/non-ADB, what are common issues, etc.
Does anyone know if a thorough overview of Black hardware exists online?

You can tell a Turbo slab (NeXTStation) from number of SIMM sockets - 4 = turbo. 8 = non-turbo. Just because the case says Turbo on it is meaningless - the label could be replaced, or the entire top of the case swapped over. Look for the number of SIMM sockets.
The Turbo runs at 33MHz instead of 25MHz, but perhaps more importantly (?) it has a maximum 128MB of RAM in 4 sockets, vs. a maximum of 32MB of RAM in 8 sockets.
