Looks like the Presto_v0.9.6b.tar archive on PEAK is a match for your disk's contents:
It wouldn't run under OPENSTEP 4.2, but NeXTSTEP 2.2 welcomed it, and indeed, like most demos, it was the full program just in search of a valid license key:

It will be interesting if the key on the label works on your copy, that's for sure!

I've tried the serial in various copies of Presto and Sequence just for the hell of it and all said it was invalid. Either it was written down wrong or it's machine-locked or an expired demo licence (I didn't try messing much with dates).
In any case I think it'd be nice to have a copy of the floppy in the archive. As it's original media.
