Does anyone have Mathematica, and know how to use it a little bit?
I know you can do plenty of image analysis with the new versions, but I was wondering if you can do something like the following simple analysis with the old nextstep version:
load two 8bit grayscale images (tif), select arbitrary regions of interest and then do some simple math such as creating ratios of the two images or such.
Any idea if Mathematica will treat the images as a matrix like matlab will?
