I'm not 100% sure if this is the right forum for this, but here goes:
I'm looking into buying a NeXTstation Turbo Color, but I don't like to use eBay and I can't find anywhere that sells them other than Black Hole, Inc. I've looked around, and I see a few instances in which people never got what they ordered delivered, but I see many instances in which they do get what they ordered. Is Black Hole, Inc reliable or not?
One other thing: If somebody can sell or trade (I have an old Pentium III box, still works) a NeXTstation (Color Turbo), that could work, too. For shipping, I would prefer UPS or USPS.
Don't seem very reliable from what I've seen as well... but I've not bought anything from them either (for the very same reason, of course).
I've tried three times to order a mouse from them and they have not once responded.

I was finally able to get the ADB mouse I ordered from him through ebay, but it took filing a non delivery complaint with both ebay and paypal. Not the best of experiences, but I did finally get the product. From what others have said, your best bet is to try to get him on the phone, as he seems to respond better to that than email/web/ebay communication.
As the saying goes .. "Your mileage may vary"

I've gotten from the blackholeinc ebay store some RAM sticks recently (months ago). It took a lot to have answers through ebay, but at the end I received the RAM by an International expedition (I live in Italy) and it was OK. The packaging was just sufficient however.
Somewhere on his site there is written that the best way to communicate with him is by phone as nextchef says.
A good question may be: BlackHole still have and sell complete NEXT system or only parts?
Moreover it seems to me that now he only sells through the ebay store and Its recent feedback are good.
I think the company name suits it in more ways than one. ;D
I heard lots of horror stories about BH so I never tried buying anything from them... Though I wanted to.
