Depending on that a CAD program is for you, maybe "ZZ Volume"

unfortunatly its host-ID dependend, so you have to do the sethost-ID trick if someone is willing to sell or share the licence with you.

there was a demo version of a 3d cad program made by solid works.
it think it wouldn't let you save the files. May be availabe on the peak site

SolidTHINKING (http://www.solidthinking.com/aboutst.htm) was one of (if not the) CAID tool for NS/OS... still going strong today. It also had a full suite of 2D drafting tools built in.
