I have a mono NeXTSTation that I bought 10 years ago, played with for a couple years, and has sat idle on the floor in my computer room for the past 5 1/2 years.
It has 25MHz 68040, 32MB RAM, 800MB? HD, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and the latest update editions of OpenStep, etc that Apple made available some years ago (not installed, I think it has NeXTStep 3.3 installed). Includes an original NeXT power cable and a black ethernet cable. I plugged it in a couple weeks ago and it powers on and runs. I was able to login and determine that everything appears operational.
I'm giving it away el freebo. I found this site and registered specifically so that it would go to someone who knew something about the hardware/software rather than some random greedy packrat on a freecycle list.
I will not make any arrangements for shipping or delivery. If you want it, be ready to pick it up in Arlington,TX, and quickly. I won't hold it for you. The way to get it first is to show up first to take it.
If it's still available, I'll take it. I sent you a PM with a cell phone number.

A freebie and it's out of reach.
